Bock Cuvée, 2015

The cellar’s flagship wine, a blend of Bordeaux varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%) and Merlot (10%). It is aged in new, small oak barrels for 24 months followed by at least another year in bottle. The wine shows a deep dark red core with crimson rim. It is velvety and full-bodied. The nose displays ripe cherries and tobacco, leading to a palate where chocolate and vanilla aromas frame the overripe fruit.
