Mandolas comes from our Mandolas vineyards’ Cabernet Franc, presenting the most beautiful values of the terroir. Concentrated, serious wine with elegant structure, but still refreshing. The complex aromas seduce the senses: the sweet spicy notes unfolds like the gripping atmosphere of a delicacy shop with coffee, chocolate truffles, roasted almonds and dried berries. Delicate experience with an everlasting finish.Favoured with beef, roasts, the red meat of venison with e.g. forest-fruit reduction followed by a bitter chocolate dessert. Also worth trying with a cigarillo.
